Privacy Policy

Who we are
This website is operated by ADL PURE TECH LLC (“ADL Ads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company registered on September 23, 2021, located at 606 NE 5th Way, Florida City, FL 33034. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, company or brand name, an approximate monthly ad spend range, and your message. Our hosting infrastructure also processes standard technical data (such as your IP address) to serve the site and to enforce rate limits on the contact form; we do not use this data to build profiles of visitors.
How we use your information
We use contact form submissions solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss our services with you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for automated advertising or unsolicited marketing lists.
How your information is delivered and stored
This website does not operate a database. Contact form submissions are delivered to us as messages via the Telegram Bot API (a service of Telegram FZ-LLC), which acts as a delivery channel for your inquiry. Submissions are processed by our hosting provider in the course of serving the site. We retain your inquiry only as long as needed to respond to and manage our correspondence with you.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and embeds no third-party trackers or social media pixels. There is nothing to opt out of, and because we do not track visitors, the site does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals — there is no tracking either way.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate this website and receive your messages (our hosting provider and Telegram, as described above), or where required by law. We do not sell personal information as defined by applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the CCPA for California residents and the GDPR for visitors in the European Economic Area and the UK), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, submit a request through our contact form or write to us at the mailing address below, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Children's privacy
This website is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard measures appropriate to the small amount of data we handle, including HTTPS encryption in transit, input validation, and rate limiting. No method of transmission is 100% secure, so please do not include sensitive personal information (such as financial account or government ID numbers) in your message.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
